Return and Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and service contracts made with Hornet Infotech via www.hornetindia.com or directly through our sales team.

1. Service Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@hornetindia.com.
Cancellations made before the start of the project are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative charges.
Once services have commenced, cancellations are subject to project stage and work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed if the service is not delivered as agreed.
Custom software, hardware installations, and AMC plans are non-refundable once initiated.
For equipment purchases, the item must be unused and in original packaging for return approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Special-order products.
Customized IT or security solutions.
Services fully delivered or completed.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
